The wine made for the winter. Its dark purple colour along with its warm aromas of wood, caramel and smoke evoke winter evenings by the fireplace. It goes past your mouth leaving a velvet sensation and long-lasting aromas of chocolate and red wild berries.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect accompaniment to red casserole meats with red sauce , beef, rooster , rabbit , game (hare, wild boar) , plates of ripe yellow cheeses. Makes an “explosive " combination with halloumi cheese. Pleasantly accompanies pizzas and pastas with white sauce .
